By booking your repair with us, you agree to the following terms:
  • Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Certain repairs may require pick-up and drop-off services provided by our technicians. These types of repairs typically include those that involve motherboard repairs, and are handled by our partnered repair facility, as well as repairs that will take a longer duration to complete.
  • Screen Quality: We only use high-quality screens that are designed to meet or exceed OEM standards. These screens feature durable glass, bright and vivid colors, wide viewing angles, and a sensitive and smooth touch response. Additionally, we ensure that all of the original code and data is transferred to the new screen, ensuring that the color and functionality of the device is restored to its original state. All of our screens are also tested to ensure they meet our strict quality standards before they are used in a repair.
  • LCD (Budget Friendly) and OLED (Premium) Screens: For models like the iPhone X, Xs, Xs Max, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, 12s, and 13s which originally come with OLED screens, we offer the option of using either OLED or LCD screens. This gives you the flexibility to choose the type of screen that best suits your needs, whether you prioritize cost-efficiency or premium quality. Click here to learn more.
  • High-Quality Parts and Tools: We use only the finest, premium-plus quality components for all repairs, and utilize top-grade tools, ensuring that your repair is completed to the highest standard, regardless of whether you choose an LCD or OLED screen.
  • Warranty: We do not offer returns or refunds, but we do offer a lifetime limited warranty on screen repairs, 90 day warranty on back repairs, and 1 year warranty on battery and charger ports. The limited warranty is exclusively for the benefit of the original customer of the preceding repair and is non-transferable. It covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts installed by us and associated with the preceding repair only and does not cover supplemental damage. Exclusions include but are not limited to physical and/or liquid damage, game system reflows, batteries, accessories and soldered components.
  • Water Resistance: It's important to understand that opening a device may affect its water resistance capabilities. Our team will take all necessary precautions and apply a new seal to the device, however, it may not be as water resistant as it was prior to the repair.
  • Additional Repairs: During the repair process, it may be necessary to replace certain delicate components such as the home button or proximity sensor, though this is relatively rare. These parts are prone to breaking or malfunctioning due to the condition of the device. Our team will replace these parts to restore full functionality, with the exception of Touch ID on the home button. Additionally, we strongly recommend repairing any back glass damage as soon as possible as prolonging the repair may increase the difficulty of the repair process and also put other parts at risk of damage, which is not common.
  • Trading-In or Buying Devices: Please be aware that we do not make any guarantees regarding the purchase or trade-in value of your device.
  • Display Warning: It is worth noting that some iPhone models may display a notification stating "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display" after the screen has been replaced. Please note that this is an industry wide issue that affects all independent/third-party repair shops, regardless of the quality of the replacement parts used. This message does not affect the performance or functionality of your device in any way. It will disappear from your notification after 14 days but may remain visible in the settings.
  • Data Loss and Additional Issues: When choosing to have your device repaired with us, it is important to understand that while rare, there is a risk of data loss during the repair process. Additionally, in some cases, your device may need to be connected to iTunes in order to fully restore functionality. It is also worth noting that, in some instances, other components connected to a damaged part may be affected and lose functionality, even if they were previously working correctly. We take every precaution to minimize these risks and ensure a successful repair, but it is essential that you are aware of the potential for these issues before proceeding.
  • Bent or Cracked Frames: Please be advised that bent or cracked frames that have not been repaired by us will not be covered under our warranty policy. Additionally, if your device has any known issues or any issues that are discovered during the repair process, and they are not addressed by us, the warranty on the repair will be limited to 7 days. Furthermore, if your device's back glass is cracked, any repair performed will not be covered under our warranty policy.
  • Original/Genuine Apple and Aftermarket Screens: At HelpMeRepair.com, we utilize top-performing aftermarket parts for our screen repairs as original Apple screens are not available for purchase by independent repair shops or the public. Rest assured, the parts we use deliver equal quality and reliability as genuine components.
