A: The repair time depends on the problem and can vary. iPhone screen replacements typically take around 30 minutes, while Android screen replacements can take between 30-90 minutes. Other repairs such as iPhone battery replacements and aux/charging port replacements typically take between 30-60 minutes.
Q: Do you come to the customer's location for repairs?
A: Yes, we bring everything with us and repair your device in our repair van.

A: Yes, we are partnered with another repair shop that specializes in motherboard repairs and can try their best to fix water-damaged phones.
Q: Do you bypass the iCloud lock or unlock phones?
A: No, we cannot unlock iCloud or password-locked devices at this time.

A: Our lifetime guarantee covers any defects with the replacement part. If your replacement part has a defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. However, it does not cover any physical or water damage.
